Piet Hein Drink Cooler

ThinkGeek Labs have made their own cooling device for their beverages.  When a beverage is cooled with ice, the drink becomes diluted and does not remain cool for that long.  But with this drink cooler, which is a ball of stainless steel; it has a liquid core filled with a special type of substance that freezes solid and then releases its coolant throughout the drink slowly.  With this, the drink remained colder and longer than the same volume of ice that would be used.  This cool ball is available at ThinkGeek.com for $29.99.
